Is a reservation required?No, but it's advisable during summer and at weekends, so that you are guaranteed a seat. Customers without a reservation will be subject to availability and we often reach capacity early. For groups of 10 or more, reservations are essential.

Do you do private hire?Sorry, Jason is not available for private hire. We run to a timetable as published on our website

When do I pay?Payment is taken on the boat at the time of boarding. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Cash is also welcome London Pass holders should have their passes ready at the time of boarding.

How long does the journey take?Journey time is approximately 45 minutes.

What if it's raining?We operate in all weather conditions (well, almost all). Jason is a covered boat and we have roll down sides if the weather is really inclement.

Do you accept London Pass?As a popular London sightseeing attraction, yes, we gladly accept London Pass. Please have your pass ready at the time of boarding.

Do you have disabled facilities?No. Unfortunately "Jason" is a historic boat over 110 years old and does not have disabled facilities.

Do you have toilets on board?No. Unfortunately we do not have toilet facilities on board.

Can I bring a child's buggy / stroller?We can accommodate a child's buggy / stroller, provided it can be folded down prior to boarding.

Can I bring my dog on boardWell behaved dogs are welcome. Please note during busy periods there is limited room and your dog must be comfortable in confined spaces.

Are you COVID-19 safe?Yes! In line with the relaxation of Government guidelines we will be operating full seating capacity. We have hand sanitizer available and our crew will be wearing face coverings. Surfaces and touch points will be cleaned regularly. Our boat is open sided, you will be surrounded by fresh air.
